We are currently undertaking an ambitious cricket development scheme, in a country where most people have not even heard of the sport. We are introducing cricket to local young people via a series of grassroots programmes, working in conjunction with the local council, schools and police force. As a volunteer with us, you would:

Run cricket classes and programmes under the guidance of our Development Officer and Committee, and would have free rein to launch any of your own initiatives that mesh with our strategy.
Experience of coaching would be great, as would some Spanish - though neither is essential.
